Who we are
Unobtainium is operated by XenneX LLC, an independent software studio in New Orleans, Louisiana. Our website is xennex.app; the Unobtainium product lives at unobtainium.app.
What we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
- Watch list — products you've asked us to monitor for stock availability.
- Notification preferences — channels (email, push) and frequency rules.
- Device data — basic device and platform information used to deliver the Android, web, and PWA experiences.
How we use it
To monitor stock availability for the products on your watch list and notify you when items become available, on the channels you've chosen.
Who we share it with
- DigitalOcean / AWS — hosting and storage.
- Email delivery provider — for notification emails.
- Push notification provider — for delivering mobile push alerts (if enabled).
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is retained while your account is active. Watch lists and notification history are retained while your account is active. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data by emailing buddy@xennex.app or via the in-app account controls.
