Each XenneX product has its own privacy policy covering the data it collects and how it's handled.
Who we are
Our website address is https://xennex.app. This site is operated by XenneX LLC, an independent software studio based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
What personal data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message body that you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The form submission is delivered to us by email through Resend, our transactional email provider, and is not stored in a database on this site.
Server logs
Like most web infrastructure, our hosting provider may log basic request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) for the purpose of operating the service, debugging issues, and mitigating abuse. We do not use these logs for advertising or third-party tracking.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate-only analytics to understand which pages are popular and how the site is used. We do not sell or share visitor data.
Who we share your data with
We share data only with the service providers required to operate the site (such as Resend for email delivery and our hosting provider). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
How long we retain your data
Contact-form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to maintain a record of correspondence. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's default retention policy.
What rights you have over your data
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase it, by emailing buddy@xennex.app. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How we protect your data
The site is served over HTTPS. We use reputable third-party providers for hosting and email delivery and rely on their industry-standard security practices. We do not store payment information on this site.
